As leaders, we want the way, the answer, and the solution to be very obvious before we make a decision or make a move. I always thought it interesting that Jesus didn't give a command for them to be healed nor did he pray a prayer for them to be healed. All Jesus did was instruct them to take action. That action represented their faith in knowing that the outcome would become clear.
Oftentimes, we want clarity before we act. In a perfect world, we would have it. But we don’t lead in a perfect world. We lead in this world. Sometimes clarity comes as we are going along the way.
What things are you refusing to move on because the situation is not perfect? Could it be that as you take action, those things will be perfected? As you make strides toward what you want, you have to trust and have faith that the solution you seek will meet you on your journey. Think about it.
